A 1 YEAR TO-DO LIST
In years of of being in this industry, I have learned one thing. Lists are everything. But they can also be overwhelming. That's why your budget calculator also comes with a to-do list section, allowing you to keep track of everything important that needs to get done, 365 days leading up to your big day. Reminders that range from contacting your stylists for HMU trials, to scheduling your final dress fitting 1 month before your wedding.
You will never need to scramble through emails for lists and dates again!
SEATING CHARTS
Getting an idea of who is going to sit where can be overwhelming. Especially when you can't visualize and memorize it all until your planner has given you a seating chart to go off of. Now, you can better prepare and arrange your seating charts ahead of time so that you don't have to wait for your planner to send you documents and emails to fill out with names of everyone attending, and where they'll be seating! Oh, also did I mention you'll have a Guest List section to organize who's invited, and who gets to sit at home wishing they were invited?! Welp, you'll have that too.
VENDORS
Every vendor is going to have different needs, arrive and depart at different times, and may even ask you for 1 or 2 items they'll need in advance. Something I typically ask of my couples, is a shot list of family photos they want to make sure we get when it comes to taking photos with their families. You will find that now you can organize all of your vendors you've hired, their contact info all in one place, keep track of their arrival and departure times, as well as any special needs they may have or need! I have also added a section for you to organize and list songs you do and don't wish to have your dj play. As well as a shot list to turn in for your photographer of all the important photos you must have!
